Your first post stated (incorrectly) that he was found not guilty which in your opinion is not the same as being innocent.

Now you are saying he is not innocent because he was not found to be innocent by a court, despite the fact courts never rule someone to be innocent only guilty or not guilty.

Habib has never been charged

Keelty head of the AFP has stated there is no evidence Habib has broken any Australian laws.

Regardless of what Habib did do there is no evidence anything he did was against any Australian law or law the US could charge him with.

A very basic principal our legal system is based on is presumption of innocence. Habib may have commited a crime just as anyone else may have but until convicted or at the very least some very compeling evidence produce that a person can at least be charge in relation to then that person (including Habib) has the right to be presumed innocent.
