Typical miles 'sponggy' thinking. Every 'normal' Australian knows that the West is at War with the radical element within Islam. We MUST ensure that these people are kept under survelliance and not allowed to propogate their hateful ideas.
There are numerous cases when persons who are guilty of a crime have only been let free because of the manipulation of the legal system. In times of war suspected terrorists MUST be kept in check by constant survelliance.
P.S. I wonder if Miles considered that great Australian corporate icon John Elliot was innocent on the many ocassions he was found 'not guilty' by our illustrious legal system?
