I had the same from the brokers for Clean Seas (CSS) a while ago. There can be no doubt TGR's offer will be hugely undersubscribed. I don't think it matters though. There was the sale to institutions so there had to be an offer to shareholders at an equivalent price.

The end result is that we are all diluted in our holding a little bit. We can, however, buy on market cheaper than the institutions did any time now if we want to maintain an undiluted holding.
