Just a word on the vineyards , and I have a particularly large ( as % of MIS held) holding of grapes 2004 / 2005 .

It was a really great Sales pitch , wine tasting , continuity of supply to major liquor companies , the wonderful management , consultants with their own money in after many years experience within the industry ..Grape Glut ? ..No way ..there was a shortage .

My accountant was into these Grapes big time , some here know who I am talking about . We will never know exactly how much commission was paid , but in 2004 , my contribution was sizable , and I know another who was in for more than double what I put in . To pull a figure , and they didnt have that much for sale , if this particular individual wrote say $2,500,000 ( guesstimate ) in say 3 months thats " at least " 250 k .. Way more than you could ever possibly make doing Accountancy , very easy to see in Hind Sight .


Thats really all I have to say , except to say ..you really needed to see these presentations . I recently gave my office a GAINT spring clean .. Probably the biggest element that held up my cleaning , was the reading of GTP marketing material since 1997 ( I have kept it all ) , I have flown over plantations , I have wined and dined with advisors ( I am Not one ..by the way ) , I have attended meetings at Burswood Casino .. It was rather distressing to read though ..once again , some of those Glossy marketing Brouches , extremely distressing to be honest .

When Im still owed for the small amount I put in in 1997 , for the 1998 plantation .
