still possible for crux to go ahead in relatively short amount of time even after given shell notification, as a combined facility is cheaper to run and set up, relatively speaking instead of both gas facility and oil facility set up separately. worse comes, NXS can pay royalty to shell to "encourage" them to see the light, just means more cost but hey better than nothing. One possibility.
Perhaps occam should think without emotions and in probabilities?
