Nexus, project and notifies Shell of their intention
¡ö Shell will gain access (at its option) to AC/L9 upon receiving notification
¡ö Nexus & Osaka Gas retain ownership of all AC/L9 liquids recovered from a Shell operated gas project in perpetuity
Doesn't that sound nice? Having a company like Shell with its financial clout to operate the project whilst we retain ownership of liquids? Then what do we do with the extra cash?
