I excercised mine round 14 dec- as did not watn any hiccups with delayed mail- round Christmas time- I received my holding staement as per conversion, dated 22 dec,-- so perhaps from memory holding statements are issued at the end of the month in which a change to Holding occurs- however I would phone them just to ascertain that all is on track--Advanced Share registry-- Nedlands- W.A-- Ph 0893898033 All the Best
