I personally don't fully buy the completely "normal commercial arrangement" line re these contracts. SE will still want EWC to do well. I just get the impression his first priority is very much to his privately owned companies.
Could consider what he has riding in EWC. I havn't checked this for a while. Last time I looked SE owned 720m shares. Of those, the highest price he paid was 25c (for 76m shares). The next most expensive 8c (for 90m). The remaining 554m were much cheaper and imo his average cost is well under 4cps. EWC just has to perform reasonably well for SE to do fantastically well.
Very difficult company to value as it depends so much on the outcome of current negotiations.
