I agree with much of your post however I cannot agree with your suggestion to:

This is what has happened for many, many years and it has got us nowhere.

Also: "At least we have day jobs independant of progress,not them."
You may have a day job but I don't.
I am slowly bleeding to death while employees of ours, via the company, are well paid and receive all of the benefits of such comfy employment, including bonus shares, for little result.

Many of us need to have a result that greatly improves the sp, and we need it soon.

Every year I kick myself several times for not pushing the sell button on Inca.

In my opinion Ross is an extremely poor money manager.
How many times have we supposedly had enough money to drill X number of metres only to find several months later that we are once again needing to raise cash?
How many times did this happen in Peru?

We were supposedly going to make Swiss cheese out of the NT but once again we are nearly broke.

The company now has too many extra hands/consultants/hangers on on the company teat.
They all get hundreds of dollars an hour that we cannot afford but, as usual with this company, every effort is made to keep paying them at the expense of exploration.

VOTE THEM DOWN NOW!!!
