    No Grub. But we are homelees... rental contract about to end and the perfect place for us came up.

    Similar to explorers it's all about location, location, location... and wot are you prepared to pay for it.

    Basically, a rare block backs on to a creek with bike tracks leading everywhere... to us that's heaven!
