That is my very point - DILUTION OF THE EXISTING HOLDERS AT A MUCH LOWER PRICE.

For those of us who have been through maybe a dozen to fifteen raises, and especially those who cannot afford to contribute any more, this will mean that our share of the company will decline percentage wise.

The register was not reduced because we wanted the number of shares increased, but because we needed the number reduced so that the price would have to increase for anyone buying in. That is how the market works!
If you just keep increasing the number of shares the price will never go up!!!

I, and many others, saw our holdings divided by 20.
In my case I had my holdings taken from 24.5 million down to about 1.22 million shares overnight.
On top of that the price of all remaining shares was reduced by 40% to entice buyers to take up the offer.
Do the maths on what you own to see if you still like the idea.

I will not go through that again as Ross is the king of 40 to 50% discounts on raising money.

I hope you now understand what I am talking about.
