I you offered me 36c p/s & you could draw me a cheque today, then I would accept & walkaway and invest the money elsewhere. However, it would take considerable time to liquidate the Trust's assets & my feeling is that 36c may not seem such a great price by the time the assets are sold.

There's merit in what you're proposing, but I'd prefer to stay put & sit on this one LT.

I believe that the commercial real estate market it at or near the bottom. You can never pick it exactly, but I strongly believe that we're fairly close now, if we haven't already seen it.

I would vote against liquidating the Trust's assets at this stage.
