I completely agree with holding. We are at the bottom or near the bottom, selling now is counterproductive especially when we have assets that are bring in dollar after dollar everyday.

Sure we may have lost on paper, with asset write downs, but they can and will be just as easily written up as we come out of this GFC. We have strong cashflow and that is king.



Buy low sell high, its common sense, if anyhting we should be buying up property now or in the near future!
