Why not join albidon action first Aman? We are holding off on formal regulatory complaint as a last resort, we need to have that threat to beat them with - if we dive in we can not be sure of the conseqences & that leverage is gone. No-one wants the company to be suspended or worse - except maybe the enemy Jinchuan!
This news release at least tells us they have heard what we are saying - we will continue to press the shareholders case.
