The corporate regulator has revealed it is working with the prudential regulator to understand what exposure local insurer QBE had to the collapsed supply chain finance group Greensill and that its founder Lex Greensill could face regulatory action.The Australian Securities and Investments Commission confirmed it has been investigating Greensill Capital since last November, when it lost insurance coverage of its $10 billion worth of securitised funds run by Credit Suisse.
