    I'd say bugger all

of the thousands of injections I gave and more thousands I've seen given - including through clothing - non aspirated etc

I've never seen a reaction -- barring some faints. There have been a few local reactions over night or next day - I can say that I have a vague memory of having to relocate - once or a few times - but, so few that I can't remember

after you see how difficult it is on some people to actually find a vein when you want one - I struggle to think that it's common to find one by accident

also if you look at injecting insulin - it gets banged in by pens without any aspiration at all - and, before the pens - most didn't aspirate ----------- how often did we see a problem??? more than rare I'd say - finding a pink diamond in the gutter is a better chance
