    Hi Vin,

    A substantial proportion of the rights issue went to existing holders but as part of Patersons contribution, a number of non holders took up stock entitlements and I suspect that this may have been just for the turn. Worsening stock market conditions are making that decision process easier for them. I always expected some selling after the rights issue but the selling pressure in SBN should be short lived once a decent news flow begins.
