Hospitals are full of the elderly who fall over, fracture a NOF or humerus/distal radial head. You still have people with strokes, spontaneous bleeds, SDH, SAH etc etc

You have drug addicts, alcoholics, homeless, mental health, cancer patients, AKI, hell you have patients with sepsis, cellulitis you name the hospital will have it.

Do you think hospitals were empty or something prior to COVID?

I'd love to take you on a ward round. My hospital experiences around 300-350 ED presentations a day. You have 600 beds. Do the math. You don't work in health, you have no idea about anything that goes on in health so sit down and shut up, because you look like a total tool.
