Thanks, this really explained a few important things. Perhaps this is why they can now get investments to buy in at better prices, as covid19 ends those investors may now be investing. Makes sense because someone mentioning a house building robot to an expert VC would result in them regardless of other evidence to still need to see it in person. Maybe bringing along expert scam detectors as they might assume it was a scam until proven otherwise.
