I'm sure many people are anxious about the completion. I'm of the mind that when its done, its done. But I believe 2nd half of 2017? around October/December timeline? I read somewhere first house lockup be done sometime end of year. With this sort of things, I'll rather they take their time, then being too enthusiastic and spook/inflate the market. Just take a good look at SRT/BAL. No news is good news for me at this point.
