This could just be in past tense as it will occur in Q4 2018. Regardless, I trust ASX announcements more than this. Not one announcement said outdoors or build 1, they only talk about FAT completion and this first full home structure, which the video demonstrates is indoors. According to the announcements, nothing else has occurred.
