Very good! I always thought they would use a scanner to scan the existing slab. But didn't realize the laying head would have one incorporated into it and used to initially scan the slab/laying surface; As well as it continuously scanning each layer and making adjustments to the bricks via the "router"
And when the router is described here in sure they mean the "saw" or "plane" or whatever is used to shave the bottom horizontal surface of the brick to allow for flatness adjustment? Not the router used to scribe channels vertically for electrical conduits ect.
Very interested to see how this system works, and see it in action.
