I imagine the 10 houses are a fair way off yet as they have to figure out how they can build a house to standards that is sell-able to a retail client, with all considerations, insurances, repairs period, product guarantees etc. This would have to be formed in the new FBR Build business, procedures in place to the code, audit-able, quality assured etc. Loads of work!!!!!
