    We'll its a early business model. If you go to the other end of the spectrum. QUBE has had rapid expansion into the areas Port services, mining and logistics. They scaled up internally first to accomodate the work they were chasing. Once they recieved the contracts they resouced up with plant capital. Why else would FBR scale up so rapidly within their business. It can only be seen logically as an indicator of potential but not a certainty of new business.
    I highly doubt it's due to miss management. They have two massive business partners to pick up the phone and discuss the best structure moving forward.

    It could very well fail. It's currently schrodinger's cat, neither dead nor alive. Time will tell.
