I didn’t get why “If there is a house either side, HX may not be able to access this”. Are we saying consider the boom is only 30m long, if the house is sitting far behind the land and there is no side access then it may not be long enough?
I think HX is for affordable house, not highly customised ones, so the house design must be in some way simple or common, so HX can handle
