a lot of house sites I see the house is on the left or the right hand side of the block (as is the driveway).
there are also set back limits from the verge that the house will be built from.
With block sizes getting smaller and smaller, the set back area at the front of the house where the HX would park on the land is getting smaller and smaller too.
In light of this with 5 meter width with stabilizes extended and a 10 m length it seems to be that the HX would most likely be positioned in the street in front of the house block, and therefore mostly suitable for new greenfield estates that are not yet open to traffic.
