Valid concern, but I suggest you take another look at their Hadrian X concept video, and see the way it lays out the structure, it actually sets down and lays out all the corner stones first, so that they don't ended up with 1cm short at the last brick.
I guess they will have constant alignment to the corner stone happening as each brick is set.
Once again concept video does not represent 100% how it might work in the real time, but it's a valid concern, and I believe they are fully aware of and has measures for.
