There are a lot of other considerations than 8000 x 250 = 2,000,000.
Speed to build a house
Accuracy in the build for other trades and materials
Reduction in managing of all the various people involved in the manual brick laying
Reduction in safety risks
Reduction in wastage of materials
Weather impacting the work flow
Increase in available hours on site (on large estates that have no one living there the robot can work at night)
