    The second point on Adent's post is a critical one.

    The accuracy of the laying of the bricks means that the interior trades that follow the brick laying can pre fabricate materials to slot into the building straight after the brickwork. Normally the bricks are laid then the following trades come in - measure up, then go and build the cabinet work etc. If the accuracy of the laying is as predicted, the time savings is not just restricted to brickwork. Note also that they are producing software that goes with the innovation which would be shared with the interior trades so everyone works off extremely accurate plans.

    I'm not a builder or tradey so don't slam me for inaccurate use of terms here. What I do understand is time is money so if HX and the supporting software creates a domino effect of time efficiencies on building then the $2M price tag could be well worth it .
