Don't forget the savings in the capital not being tied up for as long.
For a $500,000 house and land package, @ 5% interest, a 4 week saving in construction equates to about a $2000 saving. Alternatively, you could look at it that the person building the house has to live somewhere, so 4 weeks rent at $500 per week is also a $2000 saving.
If Hadrian can build 100 houses per year, then savings would be $200,000 from capital not being tied up.
