    Looks like there's a few areas to think about to determine ROI.

    It would definitely be interesting once FBR has built 10 houses and what comes out of it in terms of costs, time to build, etc.

    Perhaps the market may be builders who build X houses a year as minimum, and would consider to spend $2M per robot to realize potential savings and competitive advantage (in terms of build time). I don't think it will be worth it for smaller builders who may only build 10 houses a year. The return on investment may not be there because there could be maintenance costs involved other than the initial upfront cost of $2M.

    Also this could save home owners time, therefore $$ in terms of not having to pay 6-8-12 weeks of rent or something...

    10 Houses are a good test case to re-evaluate HadrianX in terms of technical, costs, time, what kind of houses can be built, and who should needs to be involved in the construction project, and finally.. the value proposition.
