Stehr stubbornly wanted to make the tuna work, even with all odds stacked ridiculously against the project. That continued until years after it was obvious they were doing nothing more than wasting money, and it only stopped when continuing any longer meant the company would fold.
CSS has a chance of establishing a viable YTK farm. I assume Stehr still just wants to work on tuna. I assume a vote for Stehr is a vote for tuna. Many shareholders share the tuna dream I suppose.
