Looking at the marginal increase in bid I would expect that Arrow are hoping to start the bid off very low as they have now. If there are other parties interested then it is game that has started from a low base so won't cost as much as starting from a higher base (possibly).

The timing of this bid is in my opinion calculated to capitalise on any fear by individuals and other companies of the current EuroAmerican debt crisis. This is a very good shake of the tree that may well work - we will have to wait and see how much the other players want more CSG for Gladstone.

I still have seen only anecdotal evidence to say there may be more interest, management will know more.
