Yep agree that as of late that has been the case, but their research team cutting their target price from $1.36 to $1.01 a week or so after doing the placement - in part due to the dilutionary effect of the placement they had just done sure hasn't helped.
It beggars belief that their ECM/IRS team apparently didn't know (or apparently care) what the intentions of the none-escrowed holders were and is why BIO is 12 cents. Just disgraceful.
