I will not give any benefit of the doubt to the managment.
I have emailed the management and they said 60% escrow was good and we went with it.
so they knew that there are seed which are not escrowed.
management could have tackled this in few ways
give some options with shares so the entry point is low.
think about it sp still at 10-12 and you have options at 2-3 cents or get in an arrangement with the seed holder to go for voluntary escrow.
who ever is holding the seeds is just very aggressive and wants to get out and thats the issue between management and seed holder. Management should know how there seed holders are and whether they have balls to hold the shares and sell it in a smart way not like dumping and destroying the company.
plus a very poor response where md is saying everyone expects to share price to go up on day one thats what he said in one of interview he did on listing date. No one expects the share price to go 50% down in one day. Thats some serious issue.
it was matter of seconds that sp went from opening at 20c to 14 to 12 to 10.
absolutely disgusting!!!
it will take ages to reach to ipo price and by then there will be another round of seed coming out of escrow...
