imho, the vindictiveness is probably two-fold then: ex-ceo / cfo freindlys heading for the exits (taking pot shots at current mgt) and investment bank that lost out to canaccord having a crack at them - this disaster has horrible consequences for their corporate finance team
add to to general panic that this is a real steamy dog turd that is unpolishable and we have a way to go before the overhang clears
this is likely to be on feisty agm with a lot of pointed questions
