I could be wrong but it says $277,840 is owed to CHM
not much but what you fail to see is that this was used to purchase MMX's principal asset Iron Jack for $1,160,000
so it was 24% of the purchase price
now I could be wrong but this reads that it entitles them to 24% of that asset and whats that asset worth today?
also they are entitled to 10M MMX shares at a value of $1.52 or the day they were sold
alot more to this than meets the eye
then again I could be wrong
