I can indulge in the speculation category, although I do remember a poster who went to an OBJ AGM (last year??)who said that they had some demo products at the AGM, that poster may be able to provide more info.

My thoughts are that FIM platform would be used in a hairbrush for the application of an active ingredient to the hair follicles. I'm not too sure what active ingredients might be appropriate here (given that I don't have much left these days) but presumably the FIM would allow better penetration of hair dyes and conditioners and the like.

The FIM development by OBJ is actually a stroke of genius. Permeation enhancement using a pulsing (as compared to a static) elecromagnetic field, is why OBJ's DP platform is so successful but it still relies on a microprocessor and power source - albeit a small one. The beauty about FIM is that the energy source is supplied by the motion of the applicator (brushes, scrubs, wipes, applicators etc)- human energy
