The bit I do not understand, is that all of this what is happening is acheived "Before" NS deal... If we needed a cap raise of 10 or 20 mill, wouldnt what Paul and steve are doing with wellfully/Reduit, be stand alone enough to raise? I dont see how NS can add SO much extra, so I eagerly await the finer details, as it seems I am missing something big in my thinking ....
