No negotiations at all will be held, Taliban are supported by China, there's no doubt in my mind, there's no way of explaining why are they so eager to take power again unless they already have a deal and support, there's more money to be made in IO and rare earths not just from poppies. No sure motivation from West to let it go so easily after 20 years of shock and awe, but such is world politics.
