Jaded: That message is most likely indicative of a malware infection. Less common reasons are due to the swap file being too small, or the partition where it resides being too full, or you are opening too many programs at once for the amount of RAM in your system. Installing PhotoBucket shouldn't have any impact unless the problem is a full hard disk, in which case it needs to be sorted anyway.
