Do you know if all products in the Australian market are clearly mark Halal so the consumer has the choice?
I have trouble finding non Halal meat for instance, give the consumer correctly and clearly mark products and I don't believe this would such an issue as it is.
And no it's not a matter for the consumer to find out for themselves.
Yes people have choice, but they also need the correct info to make an informed decision.
