If you think that halal slaughter is barbaric, funds terrorism and should be stopped then you need to campaign to get it stopped.
If meat is not clearly labelled then ask if it is halal. If it is then don't buy it, let the shop owner know why you are not buying it and let everybody else know that the meat is halal. A leaflet campaign to advise other shoppers is a very cheap way or letting them know if a shop has not clearly marked halal meat as such.
