Only thing I can think of is that Management are holding back to ensure they only have the solid supporters holding the stock and letting all the short term traders give up and move on. The main reason for their consolidation.
If that is not the reason then it is pretty terrible that no news is coming recently with the way the SP has been since consolidation.
