We hold ˜24,000 net acres in Fayette and Gonzales Counties, Texas that we believe are prospective for the Eagle Ford and other formations. A definitive agreement to sell these Eagle Ford assets has been executed. We anticipate closing on the sale of these assets in the third quarter of 2013.

I wonder who the buyer is?
