G'day Cmonaussie. I know you are not a speculator, but, if there were no AKK wells put into production during the June quarter by HK, what the heck brought about that massive volume and SP surge yesterday? Surely, surely, it was not simply on assumption from the media release that HK issued before their report, that it was talking about AKK wells in that average of 1,091bod?
Maybe, we have no reason to doubt that the other 3 wells will produce that equivalent, but, you would also think that there is something more than anticipation of that happening for yesterday's performance.
Trading today will give us a bit of an answer and if "assumption" was what it was about, that has been extinguished by AKK's and HK's QRs and the indications from the closing sales yesterday suggest that there could be a pull back today.
Any thoughts on any other reason for yesterday's surge?
