Hi folks

I follow this thread and a few others from a distance.
The share price is at an interesting stage.

When you see leadership demonstrated like this with IK salary reduced and taking shares/options in place of that, then that sends a clear strong message to shareholders that this guy is prepared to do it tough as well.

Regardless of motive or strategy he is putting his money where his mouth is and that has to count for something here.

Its one of the clearest and most transparent messages that could be sent.

I hope you guys do well with this one, because from afar it certainly promises a lot with a couple of these projects inparticular.
