Do you agree waiting to raise cash comes with additional risks which may outweigh perceived benefits? IMO the risk to reward balance is in favour of raising sooner than later.
Also what were your thoughts about the dilution when we raised the last $31m in 2014. That was over 35%, but I didn't really notice it because the share price promptly more than doubled.
