First bit is when or IF USA bans Russian uranium/nuclear fuel or Russia retaliates by stopping exports of Russian uranium/nuclear fuel will be a catalyst to rerate GLE/SLX/CCJ

Second is the bit the ban would 'free up the funds' which clearly will be a catalyst to rerate GLE/SLX/CCJ

I suspect its only a timing issue and the DOE funding announcement for "funds to support domestic development of fuel for next generation nuclear reactors" may be this week or in the next few any way
