Na, sorry whytee ( not teally sorry, its a good law) they cant do it. Due to non proliferation treatys a country (including the us)can't enrich uranium for military use unless the technology used originated in that country. Silex can only be used for what they call obligated(non military use) enriched uranium as its Australian technology. Centrus, with the American centrifuge will probably fill that role for the Yanks If it were otherwise the world would have a big problem.
